The fashion world looks to ways to renew our desire for luxury. It may seem contradictory but in many ways it stands to reason that fur plays such a prominent role this season. Luxurious and glamorous, yet warm and practical, the resurgence of fur continues strongly as a fashion trend.
Fur was hugely popular in the 70s and 80s, and it made a huge comeback this winter. From LA to Mahiki nightclub in London, celebs just love their fur coats and jackets to keep the winter chill at bay.
I love Kimora's (Lee Simmons) short coat with tights and those knee-high boots. And Catherine's (Zeta Jones) fur coat who’s luxe brown fur coat makes her look so regal.
A fur coat may seem a bit OTT in LA and Florida when temperatures are averaging 65°F, so Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie, & Fergie’s opted for gilets instead. It is the perfect solution to keeping you warm but not too hot in during mild winters
