Artificial nails, as the term suggests, is basically a set of fake nails that are created and can be fixed onto an existing nail. The most common at the moment are acrylic, gel, wrap and sculptured. Acrylic nails are made from liquid and powdered acrylic product, and are the strongest and most durable artificial fingernail. Gel nails are basically made by brushing a special gel onto a natural nail and allowing it to set under UV light. Unlike acrylic nails, gel nails tend to be more fragile and less durable.
